Never get call backs or emails back in a timely manner. Ask for price and availability - they give you price but no availability. When you ask for it - no response. Don't get order confirmations all the time.. Pretty lousy to be honest - they make airport brooms but yet feel no urgency when a unit is down and snow is coming. Airport's need their units up a running and this company could care less. Would give them 0 starts if it were an option.
