After having paid thousands of euros for x years to continue cases that are always lost, last year I requested to withdraw from the payments of the monthly fees, they replied that the membership is annual and only by informing one month before the deadline could I withdraw. Two months after the deadline I called the published number 5 times but they either don't answer or they tell you that you have to send an email and you will be contacted. Nobody ever calls you. Bad service. Money thrown away.
