Vodafone has deducted some amount from my account ...

Vodafone has deducted some amount from my account when I was travelling abroad saying that they had activated International Roaming Plan. My objection is how could they do this without customer consent. No one from Vodafone has asked me before activation of the plan. And if they have activated the plan, I had not given any services to use. Then where my money went off, if I didn't get any benefit for it.
And by doing this my account balance went in negative and my unlimited pack collapsed, and due to this I had faced 3-4 hours trouble on Airport. This is very shameful thing the service provider is doing for their old customers.

And I asked for customer care for same reason, they are not providing proper communication saying they don't have info and contact by email.

Worst service.
