Organization is good no doubts ... I have been there 3 times for interview but 2 times no one came to even escot me for interview and I waited over there at he reception area from morning till 4 pm.

3rd time consultancy told me that my resume has been shortlisted out of 11 candidates then I agreed to go once again over there and this time it was very shocking when interviewer told that you don't have some skills that we are looking for...

Then I told that you guys have shortlisted my resume out of 11 candidates then interviewer was not able to give satisfying facts for justifications.

My only request to interviewers...please do think before calling any candidate that you might have started your career and you might have given interviews.

By saying this I don't want to heart anyone and I never faced like this except in Dell.
