Best internet experience ever

- From day one- after talking to Frontier then Suddenlink it was a no brainer decision to choose Suddenlink- received better than expected sales service as well.

Then

- Installation went smoothly, super friendly tech, great installation and equipment, worked great, couldnt have gone smoother. Great service

Then

I got a new laptop and had a wifi speed issue. Not only was I told the fine print is 50mbs MINIMUM out of 100mbps (pleasantly surprised) the tech was extremely calm friendly and solved the problem quickly, no run around. Much better than expected customer service by far.

Is this an internet company or a high end customer service company? Maybe I got lucky but great job guys.
