..... unfortunately, they give me anxieties because nothing is ever done the way they say it will happen. It took 3 weeks for me to receive a replacement debit card as well. oh I'm sorry, I still haven't received it. I hoping that it will arrive this week. I was told 5-10 business days and yet no one answers the phone to get answers. To be fair, Chance Cerbone was responsive for some of my concerns; very kind too....
I hope that it gets better at LSCU and for those with pleasant experiences... I'm happy for you.
