Do yourself a favour and find another body corporate administrator. They don't return emails, don't take or return phone calls and don't action any requests. Unbelievably bad service.

Update: The General Manager intervened and has provided the excellent service written in most of the other reviews on this business. Hopefully his professionalism can rub off on the rest of the team. Well done Will.
