I put in an application they called me a few months later offered me a higher wage than I was making so I took the opportunity. They told me there would be a probation period wich was normal in my experience I've never failed to perform. After about 2 months I had been called into the office for a safety violation wich they also told me at that time I had been my job title had been reclassified. I asked what the problem was and they said simly they have higher standards of their employees. I was never once counciled or warned about my work performance verbally or in writing it was just kind of a surprise. They offered me a position making way less wich I probably had to take or would have walked out of the office with no job at all that day. I'm a single father there was no way I could survive on that wage so I found other work as soon as I could. I've always been a good worker my whole life and for somone to say that I'm not good enough was really painful but insult to injury by paying me less that the company I left. The politics inside of the company is really hard to deal with. I dont beleive I tried to sell myself as something I was not and I never failed to perform a task I was asked to do. I still wonder why everything happens the way it did that's just my side of the story. If you're appluing at this company you better know somone that already works there that will vouch for you if not you wont be welcomed. I did come from another state and it is somewhat different but building is building. Was still not provided with a specific example of where I failed. No one instance. Just simply that I'm not very good.
