It is absurd to pay $15 dollar gratuity for pick up service. I worked many years in the restaurant business and this is not customary. To make it worse there was a nice long hair in the French fries and the croutons in my salad were soggy. Will not eat here again. We do many pick up orders at several through at least 20 other restaurants in the area, not one of them charge us or expect gratuity for a pick up order.
