My uncle' property is managed by a MICM manager, the service becomes deteriorated. My uncle used to receive a statement regarding to repair or any expense associating with apartment, even under $250 limit. However, recently he did NOT receive any notice via email, and MICM has deducted the charges directly without informing him! Also, the current tenant has delayed to pay for rent, he feel less contactable with the manager since he always ask any updates. From my help of contracting a MICM manager, I can feel uncle didn't satisfy the arrangement, he is going to switch another agent!
