I am currently a patient in your facility. I arrived to the ED in rapid afib having chest pain and was greeted by your amazing ED staff and Dr Yu. Although I am an RN, I was thinking strictly as a patient and was terrified as I knew I needed a cardioversion. Dr Yu was patient, kind, caring and assured me things would be ok. The staff was supportive and stayed right by my side through the whole procedure and after. Although not initially successful, I did finally convert to sinus rhythm. I can't thank Dr. Yu and your staff enough for the kindness they showed me. You must be so proud to have such a wonderful staff in your ED. The excellence in care followed me up to my room. My doctors were wonderful. Dr. Parhar has been my doctor for years and I don't know what I would do without him Dr. S Younan has also been wonderful over the years. It is great to know that I can get the best care when I go to Bayshore Medical Center.
