Shockingly, the hotel charges for its car parking at an exorbitant rate and doesn't reimburse guests. The "superior" room I had was tiny with broken fittings and a miniscule bathroom that smelt damp. On the plus side, the food is of a high standard and the restaurant and house keeping staff are very good. This is an average 3 Star hotel that has badged itself as boutique to charge 4 star prices.
