Shift manager brought whiskey rocks (large ice cubes) to the bar in his BARE HANDS and just plopped them into two glasses like it was totally normal. If they are willing to do that in front of customers I cant imagine what they do in the privacy of the kitchen. My "hot" dish was cold, slow service, bartender didn't check on me between taking my order and dropping the check.

I come to Honolulu once a week of work and will absolutely never go back. Save your self the money and go elsewhere.
