I am using Reliable to remodel my kitchen - new cabinets, counter, backslash, electrical and paint. So far working with them has been so easy and they have accommodated me every step of the way. Communication has been awesome and they have been really sticking to the tight schedule they set. I know because they posted a schedule of what happens each week- it's on our fridge.

Hiccup 1 - our gas line needed to be redone from the meter. No prob. The contractor let me know right away what needed to be done and fixed it.

Hiccup 2 - they painted the wrong color on the wall. OOPS! No prob, they repainted it right away and even threw in a gallon of each paint color for touch-ups. No pointing fingers, the contractor was very professional and assured me he would take care of it right away and he did.

Hiccup 3 - my son is sick. No prob. The contractor said he can definitely work around it and if we need no crew that day it is perfectly fine, we will still be on schedule. He reminded me that it's my home and that they will work around my schedule. The designer even texted me first thing the next day to see if my son was feeling better and if it was ok to have a crew there that day.

Other things to note - I have 2 young kids. The work area is ALWAYS clean when I come home. It's also hard to meet before my kids go to bed but the team there was willing to meet with me after work hours to discuss the contract and design. The materials they use are top quality. Our cabinets are custom and solid wood with soft close drawers that close like butter.

Conclusion - I love them. They will take care of you. Would I recommend them? I already have. Would I use them again? They are starting my floors soon.
