Ideally I would give 5 stars in my first two months. I was mesmerised by the place and loved the vast variety of classes they offer. Initially I joined because I wanted to have all the things I like doing in one place such as swim class, hot yoga and spinning. I was a bit let down by the state of the chairs by the pool and by the fact that there is no hot yoga in Canary Wharf. But the spinning studio is great. I joined when I was on holiday from work, so I enjoyed the classes. But upon my return to work things changed. First off, the best classes are only in the morning and Lunch time. Those of us that can only come after 5pm cannot benefit from these. This is also valid for the weekend. The classes ends at about lunch time. I have also found out recently that some members benefit from deals more than others such as private lockers and so on.
Having said that, this is by far the best gym I have been. It is a hotel gym and the ladies changing rooms is just amazingly huge and cleaners are cleaning the place every minutes. There is also free gym and shower towels, lotions, shampoo and deodorant just to name a few. The classes intructors/trainers are just amazing. If you attend the classes you would need a personal trainer. I just wish I had them in the afternoon/evening when I desperatly need someone to push me. I would def recommend this place.
