Good products, very very slow delivery times (8 business days advertised). Additionally delivery is late beyond advertised delivery time with no notification from GreatART (9 and 10 business days and counting). I support smaller businesses over Amazon, but you need to do better on your delivery times and customer service. 8+ business days (close to 3 weeks) is poor compared to free next day delivery with Amazon. You are close to losing my future custom (update 10th Feb - I will never use GreatART again).

UPDATE (2nd Feb), still waiting for my orders made on the 11th and 12th Jan. Not responding to email requests on update. I have already rebought most of these items from amazon and they were delivered quickly. I won't be using GreatArt again in future. Terrible.

UPDATE (10th Feb), still waiting. Will be 30 days tomorrow. GreatArt not responding to phone calls. :( :(.

GreatART, please give me a full refund, if I continue to receive no correspondence I will pursue legal options (G3180040) via the Small Claims Court.
