Purchased OLED 65" TV 2 years ago. TV developed a significant "burn in" middle of the screen. Called LG support - They had me conduct numerous tests, had me send pictures than they told me I was out of warranty and could not do anything. Why did they even bother to waste 30 minutes of my time to tell me they could do nothing? A complete joke!
