Asked for membership information, was just given a form and told to fill it in and sign, a member of staff would be back to talk me through it in 5/10 minutes.
After saying I wasn't signing anything the woman huffed and sat down to ask me questions I went in to ask.
Whilst in the pool I noticed the 'LIFE GUARDS??' were all either on their phones or chatting amongst each other.
