Shameful, you blocked my card for 1 year for suspected fraud attempts (I entered the correct code over 90 sec for several times, obviously no error message that would let us know what the reason why the transaction did not go to good end, which led to the reiteration of the operation). The only solution is the replacement of paper. This is not to protect me, but to create inconvenience, otherwise you would have allowed to unlock it even by going to the post office. Instead, I not only have to wait for the card and the new pin to arrive, after I have to call customer service and as if it were not enough to activate the card at the post office .... But you realize that you are shameful or not !!
