I always purchase my HP toner cartridges at this S...

I always purchase my HP toner cartridges at this Staples location. My color cartridge ran out today and I opened my new, unused one. It had a crack and was oozing ink. I opened a second new one and inserted it into my printer ... color not correct at all ... mostly blues and grays.

I then called the store to discuss the matter and was told that there is NOTHING they can do about it because it has been more than 14 days since my purchase. I was astounded! Thus, I am now out $110 for 2 faulty cartridges.

Oh, if I return them, I can get a $2 credit for each one ...

Verrry disappointed in their business policies.
