I called the Amarillo office with a question about...

I called the Amarillo office with a question about starting benefits. The first time I called, around 10am on a Monday, I was put in the queue for 15 minutes then told my call could not be handled and that I should call back later. There was terrible static on the line. I called again at 1:15 pm and there was no static this time around. A representative answered quickly and was able to answer my question within two minutes. The man that helped me was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give them four stars instead of five only because of the terrible static on their phone line on my first call attempt.
