Ordered a head cover and never received it. The customer service people were polite, but not helpful. They just kept saying that it shipped. That being said, the USPS never received it. This was according to the tracking information. No one at iilac could help me and they were not willing to send me a new one. I suppose profit margin must be good. I finally had to call my credit card company and start a dispute so I could get my money back. It should not be that hard to satisfy a customer who is willing to pay the prices iilac is charging. The product may be nice....I will never know.
