It's been two weeks since I submitted a warranty request to G3. In their automated response I was told to expect a reply within 48 hours. Still no reply 2 weeks later after I've called them, talked to a customer service member and left messages. I really wish I wouldn't have bought my skins from this company! Terrible customer service!

Update: 3 weeks later and I received a response. They're going to replace my product. Still not happy it took this long. Poor guy in the warranty department is the ONLY person working there.

Update: 5 weeks later, still no skins. I talked to Pierre and submitted everything required to process my request. Pierre said that once my paperwork was recieved he'd expedite shipment of my replacement product. That was 2 weeks ago. How about not making promises you can't keep G3! The terrible customer service continues...
