Every experience stands out every time. Truly a caring staff. Our first visit was stressful, poor little Summer was absolutely frantic. I hadn't had her for six months yet. This little pooch has a serious heart condition, and some behavioral issues. Yes that first visit difficult, Summer was so stressed out, I worried about what she was thinking, new places, new anything challenges her. Dr. Turowski and Laura were outstanding! I felt like I got some valuable information, a real education and beyond. I really feel like they have my back and Summer's too! Every phone call is answered and I always get the answer or the appointment, food and so on. They have truly formed a relationship with Summer and she absolutely loves them back.
