Loved that the hotel was new and clean. The gretting was very nice when we arrived. The beach was beautiful, pretty rough but I didn't mind it. Have to be very careful with little ones though. Many beaches close by that are calmer for the kids. The pool with the slides were a lot of fun for my 8yr old. Some staff were pleasant and some looked like they hated their job. More staff needed at the bars, 1-2 simply isnt enough. My room faced the casino which also faced the club/bar lounge. Those speakers plummeted right through my room until 3am maybe even a bit after which made me sleepless in Sonesta a few good nights. Entertainment was pretty good but I highly recommend watching the band march through the strip Friday night! So good! Food was ok! Nothing bad but nothing to brag about. Although we did really enjoy the Ocean point restaurant. Also wished there was
tropical fruit then the fruit i can easily get at home.
We also enjoyed the planes landing they were not annoying to us but a thrill for us and our daughter to watch.
