took 2 hours for delivery, was told when i called to check on it a hour after i ordered that it hadnt left yet, showed up an hour later, manager told me if the food was still good i still have to pay full price. This Place is a clown show. BEWARE!!!! Also tried to split the charge on a delivery for a party i was having, first the girl said they cant split the charge on 2 cards unless im in the store (even though they use the same point of sale system to run credit cards if your in the sotre or on the phone?), then the manager got on and said he can but i will have to pay 2 delivery charges... Only good thing is the food. Great food, but the absolute worst service. Oh i almost forgot, the best part was when the manager told me " he had to go because he had other things to do" after talking to him for only 10 seconds about 2 delivery charges. I would fire his ass right now. When i asked for the owners info to file a complaint he told me there never there and they have no contect info. wouldnt even tell me there name.... get food somewhere else. Im a retail manager, so it takes a lot for me to give a bad review. they lost my business, ill never go back.
