When I first stepped into this facility on Friday, April 6th, 2018, it was just to give some information and prices. I was immediately greeted very kindly and this surprised me because the lady that greeted me was busy cutting another gentleman's hair. The other barber shops that I have been to, don't greet you per say, especially if they are busy with something else. The lady pointed out a brochure that had all the information in it and as I left she told me good bye very politely. I already knew that I needed to come back and check this place out thoroughly.

I sought to make an appointment online but due to not knowing what exactly I needed I decided to just walk-in and see if they could point me in the correct direction on the hair services that I needed. When I arrived the 2nd time, the atmosphere and generosity were the same as the 1st time, except Ms. Jade (who cut my hair) and a gentleman who I believe was the manager were the ones who greeted me. As I spoke with them and let them know what I wanted, they suggested items that were $20 cheaper than what I originally expected to pay!. That really shocked me because all the other barber shops I went to usually suggest the more expensive items for the reason we all know, so that they can make more money.

Once we decided what hair services I needed, Ms. Jade took me to her chair and the grooming began. Ms. Jade was very kind, detailed, conversational, and just a joy to be around. She let me know everything she was about to do and took her time with it! I haven't been so pampered and taken care of since I was 4 years old and relied on my mother to cut and wash my hair. When she finished, I looked and felt like a new man and couldn't wait to show and tell my wife all of the details!

This place has won my head and heart, I cannot wait to go back and be pampered by Ms. Jade again!
