Too bad management to get an appointment in pediatrics and on top of being a control review. The reception staff leaves a lot to be desired, customer service has no idea and two in particular very rude. I have already taken care of making the pertinent complaint. See if they change the counter staff because it's a shame that they speak badly to you.
