What a great organization. I reported my claim with their customer service representative. My car was inspected within 2 days, but I was offered the same day appointment at a dealership or to take photos of the damages and respond back to their text. Considering how stressed out being in a crash can be at least I know I am in good hands. The person who came out to see my car was very professional as well.
