SOOO HAPPY with my EXTREME RESULTS so far!
I found Xtreme Results online after reading some great reviews and approached them asking them to help me with my best body before turning 50 in August 2020. I've now been training with Gemma and receiving nutrition plans from Ash for nearly 10 months now and to say I am happy with my progress is an understatement! I have found both Gemma and Ash to be very professional, communicate well and giving me even better results than what I thought I would have! I've found the nutrition to be simple to prepare and maintain and I just love working out hard in the gym with Gemma. Gem is so easy going and happy and if I'm having a hard day/week she is so positive and motivating to get me back on track. Thank you Gem and Ash for my amazing results so far! I'm SO glad to have found you both! Am looking forward to my 'Best Birthday Body by 50'!
