My case was not handled by Wasserman so I don t know about him.
Unfortunately my immigrant case was mainly handled by Sam Chang and his paralegal Judy.

I ve been in the states for months without any huge issue but it was super unpleasant, unprofessional, and uncomfortable experience during the 2-3 years application process.
Main reasons are:
A) Judy had been telling us that the official documents we turned in had lost by immigration service and wanted us to resend them over and over again.
Those documents with personal identifiably information had been mishandled by her so many times.
B) Judy doesn t proactively update you the progressive only when she lost your documents.
C) if you have any questions don t ask Judy.
She either gives you outdated information or false ones or worse she asks you to call Sam Chang (if you are in overseas) or go to their office to talk to Sam Chang.
D) last time we went to their office to double check everything is alright we found out that Sam was already retired and playing golf without even gave us any notice that our case was handled by an unprofessional paralegal who almost screwed up my case.
PS. My case was probably the easiest one for them.
I have no criminal records at all, stable job and income, coming from US allied, and married to US citizen.

In short, do some research you could find a better lawyer.
Or don t let Judy touch your case at all.
