I really love their glasses but am SO DISAPPOINTED...

I really love their glasses but am SO DISAPPOINTED with their customer service. After years of being a MJ "loyalist" I have one pair that needs to be sent in for repair every year (not that big of a deal) but got my first pair that just is not comfortable. I got it from an optical office and MJ will not exchange, repair and exchange or even give me a credit on their online store for something I can wear. I spoke with 2 email reps, 1 phone rep and 1 manager and they are all sorry but I have to just have a $300 pair of glasses sit here and rot since I cannot wear them? That is ridiculous.

Will I still buy MJ? Yep because their lenses are superior but I know their customer service is not optimal so I will be careful what I buy.
