I liked living here. Maintenance is quick to solve your problems. People are generally friendly. We had the pest control people spray every couple weeks and never had a problem with bugs. The front desk ladies are not super friendly though. They never fixed the kiddie pool for two summers. And the playground is broken in one area, which I complained about multiple times but they never fixed it. Overall if you have to be in an apartment or townhouse, this place is pretty good. I never once heard my neighbors.
