The customs process is well organised, the duty free shopping for skincare products and cigarette are quite cheap, and it is often recommended to shop in the airport luxury skincare brands such as SKII. However, some of the infrastructure is very disppointing. The toilet for handicapped is very badly equipped in terminal 3. For my colleagues who can not speak Chinese, i quite often hear that it is difficult because very few personnel at airport speak English.
