Dreadful! DPD just can't get anything done! Either the package is not delivered and it says "Couldn't be found ..." although I was at home all day and waited, or you just put it in front of the door, down in the house entrance, which is accessible to everyone, instead of at in front of the door on the fourth floor, as indicated! There is even an elevator, but the driver is too lazy to do his job properly! The most incompetent parcel service I know! They don't even deserve a star!
