My wife and I are moving on from our Sleep Number where we use significantly different settings of firmness. We met Tim Farren at the Reading store who proved to be a patient, knowledgeable and just as importantly, a likeable salesperson. There was no pressure. He took us around to multiple options until we found a mattress that we both agreed upon. He knew and understood the products that were available, and provided insight on how certain mattresses adjusted to pressure points, and sleep patterns. Looking forward to a prompt delivery 4 days later.
