Wish there was a an option for not even a single star for rating this highly unscrupulous , highly disorganised and unprofessional organisation !!
This is what happens with these new fangled start ups, just wanting to create big business without any experience !!! You know it well.. they usually come and go...
I didn't want to waste my time detailing what went on with them but wanted you all to be BEWARE!
Even if it is for a simple path test! Your sample may not be stored properly as per the standards, mixed up with someone else's and finally you may not receive your report at all - your personal details would be misplaced of course - imagine your health details being passed on to someone else - Imagine you being assessed by your doctor based on someone else's reports ! Talking to their customer service is of no use and they would easily get aggravated when you complain.
Forget about getting a refund for deficiency of service and for the time wasted and harassment for something as sensitive as health ! Word of advice- Don't risk yours or anyone else's health and time with them.
