Beware, we paid cash for 4 Rooms at the beginning of our lenghty stay at this hotel. The hotel demanded a credit card as security over any extra charges to the rooms. Returning home we found our credit cards were charged for 3 of the rooms (over $US 12,000) without our permission. The hotel management claim there was no evidence we paid cash. They claim there was no security camera operating on the front desk that would confirm our story. They will not refund the money that we strongly suspect was stolen by staff. A similar thing happened to relatives staying in the same hotel but they picked up what was going on before they left the hotel and were refunded the credit card charges. We will not stay here again and recommend others be aware of how credit cards are charged if staying in this hotel. Check all receipts and don't believe staff who tell you everything is in order.... check everything. Going on Trivago, we find there are other instances of alledged thefts by staff in this hotel. We've been burned big time.
