I had my 2009 Prius back to service and got all new tires installed. With Octavio Rubio's help, it went smoothly even it was a busy day at Toyota. I got my car back at the end of the day and it felt like new! The waiting area was comfortable with free tea, coffee, popcorn and cookie.
