If I could give zero or negative stars I would!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! It all started well, besides the the intense interest, but ended up horrible! As a business stuck in a bind, the interest seemed minor. in August we had fraudulent activity in our bank account and we got a different bank account and alerted them right away of new banking info. Everything went well, until a couple of my business associates informed me that towards the end of the term they will tell you they "are about 4 payments behind in their processing center". So... once the term ends, they will take an additional 4 payments and no matter what will not stop the ACH. We called when we had 5 payments left and sure enough, we were told they were 4 payments behind. We provided proof of payments being cleared but they kept coming up with excuses. Mike at Yellowstone was so rude on the phone and said "why'd you have to call me about this today, why can't you just call me tomorrow?! I don't want to talk about this today!" He also insulted his own staff by saying "I'm stuck with these f***g idiot reps here who don't know what they're talking about". Towards the end, we were told we would be refunded the "4 delayed over payments" in a week. A week later they told us they deposited into our old account... NOT the one they had been deducting from daily for nearly 5 months, but instead, the one that we informed them was closed 5 months prior and again when proving we paid them in full. They told us to provide proof the account had been closed, and when we did, they said they aren't refunding us our money and we would have to fight our bank for it. FUNNY THING IS... YOU CAN'T DEPOSIT INTO A CLOSED ACCOUNT and our bank confirmed this. They stole about $8k from us! CHOOSE ANY OTHER FINANCING COMPANY BESIDES THIS ONE!!! They are thieves.. Our attorney will have a blast with this one :)
