We traded in our RV almost a month ago. I am getting billed and charged a late fee for RV I traded in because they have not paid off the loan!! I called and left voice mail for Tammy Hall, no one called back. I called again and asked to speak with the manager, receptionist kept coming back on phone with Micha's busy and let me try Treasa, then Angela. Manager never got on the phone. Finally did get a call back from Tammy. Nothing was resolved. Just told that this was the process and had to wait for manager approval and mine was next in line. Its been almost a month, why is this still not done???? I expressed my concern over the late fee now. She said she isn't told when payments are due, ok fair enough, but doesn't take a rocket scientist to know they are generally due once a month and they have had my old rv almost a month. Also we brought in a bill/statement for the rv when it was traded in that had this information when Bryan worked with our loan. They do not concern themselves with getting things taken care of that might impact you. All they care about is making the sale. So FYI...calling manager does no good. They won't come to the phone. Run from this place.
