One thing you'll need to understand is to stop judging a book by its cover. Why is it you (Hr - Shaira) need to know what my star sign is or what kind of a person I am and if I have any friends or not...so by asking me all this are you trying to decide what my character is. If you guys are losing employees then I dread to even think what sort attrition you'll are facing. You are nobody to judge what or who I am. So this is what is giving chance to a potential applicant.
