I own a BMW 335i I purchased from a Honda dealership in 2017. In the past years I ve been haggled by other service shops and forced to wait lengthy periods of time. This was my first visit to BMW of Nashville and it was phenomenal. From the seconds I pulled my car in, the customer service began. They processed my car fast and with great explanation, offered me snacks and drinks, and promised a fast repair. Me and my wife went for a short walk to a restaurant down the road when it started storming. They called and my car had been repaired in two hours. The rep was very concerned for me and my wife, and even though their busses were out of reach they send over a guy to pick us up in luxury. They provided us a key battery free of charge and gave us a few items from the swag pack that we never received due to purchasing the car from Honda. It was a great experience and we will most definitely be back! Thank you to Julie and the BMW of Nashville team for the experience.
