They don't help with anything. If you want to move they just tell you to look online every week. My house was supposed to be getting sold. But my housing officer did not help me look for a home even though she told my social worker she had houses in an area I needed. Now because I've not found a suitable home for me and my family Midland heart have decided not to sell the houses meaning I now no longer have the housing officer to help with moving. Not that she helped me at all anyway. It's now going to take me much longer to move. Midland heart you need to help your customers out more!
