As per the other reviews, this company has some shipping issues.
I have purchased one of their 5-bar front wheel racks on two separate occasions. On both occasions I had to ride them (pun not intended) about delivery.
The racks are awesome. I have had my original for over 3 years. I had to email more than once to get it delivered, took 3 1/2 months. It has literally kept me from getting killed on a couple of occasions, taking the brunt of an impact. It is still functional, some wear and tear, but overall I still use it on my older bike.
I bought my second one mid-September to be used on my brand new bike, it was delivered today, about 2 months after my initial order. My priority shipping cost got refunded, had to make them aware that I promote the heck out of their product, but can't really do that when I am not actively using and angry about not receiving the product. Again. Great quality. Looks great. Sturdy as hell. But I had to email several times to get it. Taking into account the Covid-19 delays, wild-fires in the region, and past history... I consider 2 months a win.
Order their bike cargo racks, they are great... But just be aware that you will invariably have to email more than a few times to get your product.
5 stars for the product.
2 stars for timely shipping.
3 stars for customer service.
Overall 3 stars to be fair about the review.

I wish this company the best. And hope that they are able to step up in the future. Because I would love to continue to support this company.
