Very rude interaction in regards to your marketing...

Very rude interaction in regards to your marketing dept, which I find ironic considering you are a marketing company.

One of your sales associates called us, I asked who they were, they dodged explaining what your company was and why you wanted to speak to our owner. Then they hung up on me.

Comon y'all.

Maybe this is a one off experience, but man, very little respect for a company that cold-calls folks like that.

Update: I was called immediately by the company to address this, moving my rating from 1 star to a 3 star rating.

John apologized on behalf of his employee, and stated he will seek to retrain and work on the interactions with outgoing sales calls. I appreciate this.
