Paychecks never on time. No one except one person...

Paychecks never on time. No one except one person can help with paychecks and she is not easily accessible. No direct deposit available have to wait for checks to come in mail. Seems like checks are never mailed out on time.
DON'T GO THROUGH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING IGNORED AND UNPAID.
