I tried setting up professional and business insurance for my company through Arthur J Gallagher and am very disappointed by how it was handled. I was speaking with Brayton Sehnert, he was the one was supposed to be getting me quotes. I never received those quotes. He kept promising me that he would be in touch with the quotes but eventfully I stopped hearing from him. I tried reaching out multiple times to see what was going on and now hes just not responding at all. If this is how this business and its employees treats potential clients people need to be warned. A little communication goes a long way. They just wasted my time,
