If I could give it a 1/2 star, that would be more accurate. I signed up for water to be turned on, and they said they need the deed to the home in order to do it. So it was emailed days ago, and then it was CONFIRMED BY THE WATER COMPANY, but today they somehow have no clue of anything being turned on at my address. Meanwhile, I have renovators waiting there, needing water, and now have to be postponed; costing ME more money! This place sucks, and the customer representatives sound completely clueless. I guess they didn't provide them with a script for this type of situation.
