What a shame !!! After being a loyal customer for apromimatelly 18 years YOU left me hanging AGAIN.
I CALLED FRIDAY NIGHT 1/5/16 because my ice maker hose broke and there was water everywhere .
Your attendant asked me if I considered the situation an emergency ...
If it was I would have to pay $150.00 or if it wasn't I would have to wait for the next available appointment (((( FEBRUARY 18th )))))). ARE YOU KIDDING WITH US ???? My dad is 82 years old and we always been loyal and trusting your services but now everyone will find out who you people are . Now we are please to be part of the hundreds complaints against you. Unfortunate we already renewed or contract with you. You better believe that I won't need you any longer and no contract will be renewed .
BY THE WAY : I hired your number 1 competition and they came to me RIGHT THE WAY .
